End-of-life tyres scheme in place

Repak has established a new tyre-compliance scheme, following a decision by the Minister for the Environment, Alan Kelly, to replace the existing TRACS. As reported by Michael Moroney, farmers are now facing a mandatory tyre recycling fee of up to €20 per tractor tyre.
