Thermolysis Process
CTP’s proprietary technical process of cracking the rubber tyres is remarkably superior to satisfy the growing demand of fuel and energy. It mainly involves recovering the hydrocarbons and other components present in tyres under controlled temperature and pressure in an oxygen free chamber.
The thermolysis process is the thermal decomposition of organic materials in an oxygen-free environment and requires an input of heat energy, pressure and pre-determined temperature depending on the organic material to be pyrolized.
The present technology is based on the de-polymerization of waste tyres in optimum-phase durations, temperatures and pressure levels that has resulted in one of the most cost-effective waste tyre processing technologies in the world. The state of the art pioneering technology effectively returns the end of life tyre to its original constituents of carbon, oil, gas and steel which are then exported.
